Thanks for asking.

Right now, you can only add actions as menu items that are marked as 
globally available. For the Plex Behaviour, none of the actions is 
marked as globally available. Future releases will widen the 
availability of actions of a Behaviour to all of them for their 
respective context menu.

Regarding your own actions: you set up and manage these at Preferences

Mapping > "Name of Behaviour" > Custom actions (in the popup menu

for selecting actions). To make your own actions available in the

 
menu, you currently need to mark them as globally available.
