I have this same exact setup and I too installed the behavior as per the instructions. I unchecked the included Plex behavior as well as unchecked all other behaviors and global mappings. There is only 1 copy of your behavior (in fact it is the only behavior) in the ~/appplication/ ... behaviors folder.

It still doesn't work. It either does nothing at all when Plex is out of Focus or it will keep sending a particular key (ex. down or up arrows) constantly making the menus scroll repeatedly until I place Plex back in focus.

Any ideas what I may be doing wrong here?
