I'm aware that Keyspan products have become quite rare in Europe,
lately and that the same applies to the Philips receiver. They used to
be available worldwide via Apple's Online Store. They still are widely
available in the US (f.ex. at amazon.com), but for Europe I can't
currently provide you with any vendor.

If it doesn't have to be IR, however, the PS3 BD Remote (Bluetooth) -
also supported by Remote Buddy - has a good availability. In France,
you can get one at amazon.fr:
