If you're experiencing issues with the reception of your IR receiver, please read the information on InfraRed technology at

and check whether any of the most common, physical error sources mentioned there may apply to your setup.

If that's not the case, please provide an example in the form of:

1) What action do you perform?

2) What result are you getting?

3) What result do you expect instead?
