Candelair say not supported ir reciber found, i don´t know why?

my problem can´t be physical because with software Manta the resoult is good, I try with my room completely dark and my resoult is same one also with distance short and large, i haven´t other devices cause interferency only bluetooth but when it is off the reoult is sameone
