Hi Felix,

thanks for you answer. Here is what you asked for:

1) Which version of Remote Buddy and Plex are you using respectively?

RB 1.21 and Plex 0.9.5.3

2) Do you have Remote Buddy's driver (Candelair) installed?

Yes

3) Please provide a screenshot of Preferences > Mapping > Plex

5) Is "Plex Helper" running (please check in Activity Monitor) at the time you experience the issue?

No, it's not running.

The whole setup has been working for ages now, and suddenly stopped. Hope you got any ideas...
