Re: iTunes 11 Play

This posting is older than 6 months and can contain outdated information.
Thanks for the info.

Did you restart RB after installing the update as suggested by the installer? (the changes won't take effect otherwise)

What's the output, when you enter this line in Terminal.app and hit return:

ls -Ral ~/Library/Application\ Support/Remote\ Buddy/Behaviours/

Do the track(s) you selected turn up in a playlist called "Remote Buddy" in iTunes? If yes, what happens if you try to play back its contents directly in iTunes?

Maybe iTunes is loading the track(s) you selected via iTunes Match. In my testing, and very much to my surprise, loading the music and playing it back could take iTunes anything from almost no time to half a minute. Please check whether iTunes is indicating it downloads your music selection when you select some.

Also, please also provide me with this info I asked for in my previous post:

- Please outline one definitive "path" through the menu that does not work for you, like f.ex. "iTunes Behaviour > Music Library > Albums > Sunday 8 PM > The Garden"
- Please also send me a screenshot of iTunes at the time that playback fails (=> to info@iospirit.com)
- Can you search for, select and play back the same track(s) directly in iTunes?

All that should bring me closer to being able to reproduce your issue. Right now I can't :-(

Best regards,
Felix Schwarz
