Thanks for the response. I ran the test application you mentioned and the only hold button press that was registered was Center. I was able to get Menu to record as a hold press a couple of times strangely, but 99% of my tests it came up as a short press.

Conversely, the Aluminum Apple Remote recorded all button presses (short and long) correctly every time. In addition, the Harmony as tested will control my ATV 3 without error in both short and long press commands.

I tried re-mapping the Menu button to various other buttons on the harmony but none were able to send the hold press command correctly. I've tried mapping it to Menu, Prev, Volume Up, Stop.

I also tried altering the inter-key delay (from 0 to 1000) and repeats (from 0 to 5) in the Harmony software but none of that seemed to impact my results.

Any other ideas?
