I did notice a new issue—I'm not clear on whether it was introduced in this version or if it was also brought on by the 10.12.4 update. Certain key combinations: fn + control + f2 and control + left arrow—perhaps anything that uses the control key?—are also not working anymore.

I was able to work around this by changing the keyboard shortcut in System Preferences, so it's not as big of a problem for me, but worth noting. Thanks!
