thanks for your posting!

Remote Buddy right now can "only" show and hide a window ("show" and 
"hide" as in the application's main menu), but not maximize or 
minimize individual application windows. The main reason for this is 
that to the best of my knowledge OS X does not offer any API for 
applications to minimize or "maximize" windows that run in the 
context of another application. I'll keep looking into it, but for 
now there is no direct way of doing this.

However, a way to do this is the accessibility behaviour (you need to 
change the mapping to activating the dock instead of using the 
default - activating the menu, though), although its not the most 
direct way. You find it in the "System" category.
