Sleep issues 1.0_14 RC2
View

My quad seems to need a much longer time to go to sleep when RB is running - never noticed that one before....

Also, I need to restart RB after waking up from sleep as the Keyspan IR is in most cases deactivated.

Anybody having the same issues with 10.4.9 and the new version? Otherwise the program runs beautifully here !

I'm having the same issue. It takes almost 2 minutes for my MacMini to go to sleep when I manually select it. It also will not go to sleep as schedule in Energy Saver. Everything worked great with RC1 kind wish I could revert back.

Same here: I disabled "suspend to disk" (hibernatemode 0), so usually my macbook goes to sleep within a second. With RB RC2 running activating sleep mode first "disables" RemoteBuddy (the menu bar icon is crossed out), then there's a pause of about 15-20 seconds. Finally the mac goes to sleep. I guess with hibernatemode 3 enabled this procedure even takes longer.

Yes, I noticed this yesterday after updating to RC2. Any work around yet?

Hello Mark,

thanks for bringing this to my attention.

I could not reproduce the Keyspan IR issue, but the just released
update (this time also available through the Online Updater) fixes
the sleep issue.

Best regards,
Felix

Thanks everybody else who reported the sleep issue as well! The
problem is fixed in Preview 15 (RC2), now available through the
Online Update, and actually caused by a typo in the sources ;-)

Best regards,
Felix
