display overscan settings

Hi,

Just bought remotebuddy and it's great. I have a question about a possible feature addition. In the the menu, it's possible to change the display resolution, but I don't see a setting for toggling overscan. This would be great for users with old school tube TVs where you want to watch movies with overscan on, but navigate itunes, etc with it off so you can see all the way to the edge of the screen.

I know you can activate the system preference panel with the remote and then use the virtual mouse to activate overscan, but a setting right in the menu would be nice.

Hi there and thanks for the question.

Right now, the only way actually is to use System Preferences the way
you already outlined.

I don't have a TV to try this out, but I'll see whether I can get the
iBook to think that a TV is connected and then have a look. Shouldn't
be too hard to implement, but I can't promise anything at this point.

Best regards,
Felix
