Behaviour for Last.fm

Does anybody have a behaviour for Last.fm? I can't make it myself as Last.fm only recognizes keystrokes if it is active and I don't want to activate it.

Did you try the "Send keystroke directly to application" option? This
will send the keystroke event directly to the app without having to
make it the active application.

Yes, I tried that. It does not work. It only works ist RB activates Last.fm Player.
