Songbird is a new free open source media player. As its current version is 1.0 it still has some limitations, but it already have many functions that iTunes doesn't (such as custom plug-ins).

It would be great to see Songbird support in Remote Buddy.

I'm also hope to see native songbird (http://getsongbird.com) support on Remote Buddy. All my music library runs on FLAC (not ALAC or mp3 or whatever). Songbird is a superb iTunes alternative and also Open Source ;)

I would also like to see songbird support in on the next releases 
As my music collection is growing constantly, itunes getting slower and slower with more files stored on a network share
