How do you expect people to react positively to your suggestions with that tone?

What problems do you have with RB? It has always worked very well for me.

Nick,

a couple of minutes before you made that post I did send you a lengthy
email asking you for more information on what you encounter (like, for
example, which version of Plex you use - a truely simple information
that can make all the difference when installing an update that's
explicitely labeled, in big letters, as "REQUIRES PLEX 0.7.6 OR
LATER"), telling you that I'll work with you through your issues - all
of which due to their nature are specific to your system - privately.
I also explained to you why the post was removed (hint: your tone).

I also replied to your support inquiry you posted two minutes before
you created this new thread, although it had an even worse tone.

I'm really and truely speechless. And disappointed as a human being.
I've never encountered a user with such manners. Even though I
stretched out my hand to you to work with you *TWICE* regardless of
your tone and offered you to work with you (if it happens in a
CONSTRUCTIVE manner) to find the source of your problems, you did not
reply.

Instead you made the two offensive and rude posts above.

I already told you that I have a human dignity and just like I honor
yours you'll have to honor mine if you want me to communicate with you.

Period.

And, for the record, Remote Buddy can NEITHER mess up Plex NOR your
system. It modifies NEITHER of both.

Bear in mind that the problem might also be on the Plex side. As much as it sucks, sometimes only a re-install helps with these kinds of problems.

I don't like forum censoring (Apple does this...), but if a post (and I don't know about your original post) contains expletives, I can understand when admins censor.

Censorship to me means the supression of views one does not share.
You'll never see this happening here. The archive is full of vivid
discussion, different views and opinions.

What I require here, though, is mutual respect and a respectful tone.
I want this forum to be and stay a welcoming and friendly place that
everybody feels comfortable in. Personal attacks, allegations and
expletives have no place here. Ideas, constructive critisism and
factual requests for help or assistance have.

Since I didn't receive any email response from the starter of this
thread nor a new post was made in over 36 hours, I can only conclude
that his issue was solved with a Plex update (as already hinted to by
me and as required in capitals alongside the title of the Plex
Behaviour update) and see no reason why I should let the insults stand
here any longer.

Best regards,
Felix Schwarz
