Remove "Hide menu"

Is there a way to remove "Hide menu" from the top of all the contextual menus? Better yet can I move it down the list? I would like the useful menu options right at the top.

Thanks for asking.

This item can't be removed. It in fact is the "Activate Behaviour"
item that just changes its text contextually.
