I have the latest OS X 10.6 on my Mac Mini. I am trying to install Candelair, but the preference pane always says I need to restart my computer (even if I have just done so). I deleted all Candelair files (found with Spotlight), restarted, and installed again, but this didn't help. Can you please help me find out why this is not installing? Thank you.

Thanks for asking.

Please restart the computer when the prefs pane asks you to.

If you delete the driver prior to a restart, the restart won't have the desired effect.

If, after installing the driver and restarting the computer when prompted to, the driver isn't loaded nonetheless, please take a look at Console.app > "All Messages" for "RBIOKitHelper" and "Candelair" and post your findings in reply or file a support inquiry at http://www.iospirit.com/contact/ with a description of your problem and the log findings.

I have the same problem. It would be mighty fine for the public if you would post the solution here. 
I just want this to work. The Mac i'm using is a Mac Mini mid 2009 and there is nothing to be found in the Console.app.

I solved it. Resetting PRAM did it for me!
