Disabling AJAX Remote Alert?
View

This posting is older than 6 months and can contain outdated information.
Is there any way to edit the javascript in toolkit.js? I don't see it anywhere in the Remote Buddy app package. I'm guessing that it's embedded in some code.

I want to remove the alert in checkSessionTimedOut where it puts up a modal alert saying "The WiFi connection has been interrupted, has dropped, Remote Buddy was quit or your session is no longer active." This is just annoying. I don't care, and I certainly don't want to have to click an OK button to make this go away. I get this every day when I sleep my music Mac.

If you really want to tell people that the connection is down, just superimpose something on the window, but don't require clicking anything to make the remote come back once the remote computer responds.

Thanks.
