This evening I wanted to listen to music from iTunes. And as usual I used my iPhone with the app "remote" installed. But when i started playing music eyetv failed to mute.

By now I used about one hour to look for the option in RB and google the answer without any luck.

Did you guys remove the option to automatically mute eyetv when iTunes starts playing?

And again thanks alot for a great product. The best couple of bucks I ever spend on software.

Kind regards

Thanks for asking.

This feature has been removed around 3.5 months ago in version 1.16.3 because it regularly caused confusion among customers and seemed to be rarely - if ever - used:

Sorry, if you're missing it!

I'm really missing this functionality, too - I used it many times a day. Isn't there a way to add it back in? I can't imagine it was causing so much confusion that people were having trouble using RB...but for users like me, this was a huge timesaver. Was having it as an option that could be toggled off really gumming users up to the point that it needed to be removed?

Please reconsider!
