MAC will not open for EyeTV

For some reason my MAC has stopped turning on automatically, (from shut down) to record a preset TV program on EyeTV program guide.

This being an EyeTV-only question and problem unrelated to Remote Buddy, your chances of getting an answer or finding a solution will be higher if you ask it in the right place - in this case Elgato's forums/support resources.
