New to mac and remote buddy

Hello all,

I purchased a mac mini recently and hoping to have it controlled with my logitech harmony ultimate remote control.

I will like to incoporate a remote buddy app in the setup to avoid using my mouse, could any one provide a guide on how to integrate it in my system. Trial version of remote buddy already downloaed.
