Wrong channels Eye TV 2
View

This posting is older than 6 months and can contain outdated information.
I get the wrong channels when trying to switch channels in Eye TV 2.
I have the latest version and an Eye TV 610 DVB-C box. Maybe it has
something to do with me personalizing the channel listings?

Hello Ted,

thank you very much for the feedback!

I get the wrong channels when trying to switch channels in Eye TV 2.
I have the latest version and an Eye TV 610 DVB-C box. Maybe it has
something to do with me personalizing the channel listings?

That's interesting. What do you mean by personalizing the channel
listings? Could you maybe send me a screenshot of your EyeTV 2 window
to felix.schwarz@iospirit-gmbh.de that illustrates this?

Also, is always mapped wrong in the same way, i.e. if you select
channel A, does it always show channel X instead of channel A or does
it randomly show any channel?

Thanks in advance!

Felix

A big thanks to Ted who helped me isolate the problem with his support!

I have just uploaded a new revision of the preview version, so if
anybody else experiences this problem: download Remote Buddy anew and
replace your currently installed version with the new download. That
should fix the problem (should because the old and the new way RB
uses EyeTV work for me just as well - but the previous version did
not take the details into account that the new version does take into
account).
