Cant do anything

I just purchased remote buddy and i cant do anything with the remote, i just hit menu and all it does is bring up the menu that tells me how to control itunes, how do i go the main menu thing????

Hello Stephanie,

thanks for your feedback.

Please hit the left arrow button on your remote to change into a
higher menu level, hit it again for the next higher level, use the
plus and minus buttons to move up and down, right to select, etc. A
complete overview of all buttons' functionality is available in the
FAQ on the Remote Buddy site.
