If you experience this issue next time, please use Activity Monitor’s „Analyze“ function to create a log that shows what Remote Buddy is doing at the time. Please either copy and paste that log into reply - or create a ticket at http://www.iospirit.com/contact/ . I can then look into what happens.
Please generally consider that many applications as well as the OS itself wants access to your hard drive right after login, which can slow I/O operations - and thus the launch of Remote Buddy, which needs to load hundreds of plugins - considerably.
