I would like to be able to add and edit shortcuts in the main Launcher window.
Apologies if this has been asked before but I can't find this after a number of searches on the forums.
I have read the FAQ and played for a long while but cannot seem to set-up the functionality so presume it is a feature request.
The request is,
1, To edit the current Eye TV Launcher menu item to include a larger range of items, such as setting the screen to full size, this can be completed within the Menu list but this shortcut key is never updated.
2, To add new launcher view items (at the same GUI level as the menu),
a, Perhaps a single one for power on off/sleep, perhaps as a button touch for on and button touch for off, like a usual remote, to turn red and green as well might be very nice!
b, Perhaps one for Front Row, with icons as well?
c, You get the idea! :o)
3, To hide all other possibly unused features, keyboard, mouse and so on.
4, To be able to customise the names of the launcher items, such as "Watch a DVD...", "Listen to Music...", and so on.
I guess if anyone's better halves have tried to play with bits of technology you'll agree the comments above are likely to be common ones amongst us all with multi function remotes. :o)
The earlier comments about WOL support in the full app mean an iPodTouch multifunction remote is now a seriously easy way to use Mac technology for very cool home automation solutions.
