double click ending on a hold button actions

This posting is older than 6 months and can contain outdated information.
Hi,

I was contemplating the small number of buttons that the apple remote has to offer and started to think that if it was possible to detect it a click followed by a click and hold would be a nice action (a double click then hold as it were) to double the number of buttons remote buddy could map on. It's something that you'd be unlikely to press accidentally unlike actions that are overridden on just a simple hold, or double click alone.

Is it something that would be detectable, and if so can a user add this or would you guys have to add it to remote buddy itself?

What do you think?

Cheers

Jim
