RemoteBuddy Active from Sleep

Even since updating to the latest version of RemoteBuddy, I've been experiencing this weird issue when waking my Mini from sleep. The only action I have programmed on my Harmony is "Watch TV". It used to be that when I hit this, it would wake the Mini, turn on my other components, and send an "Open Live TV Window", and "Toggle Full Screen". This would get me watching TV. I ALWAYS make sure EyeTV is the active application when I power off everything and then the Mini would sleep. This had been working great for the last 6 months or so.

Now after the latest update, the commands are getting lost. EyeTV shows as the active application, however it seems like it's really Finder. If I Apple Key + Tab on my keyboard, I have to tab to EyeTV to actually make it the active window. This is why the commands are getting lost but I don't know what happened.

In addition, I'm getting the RemoteBuddy "highlight" oblong circle at the bottom of the screen that dims but doesn't go away until I go open the RemoteBuddy window. If I don't do this first before Apple + Tabbing to EyeTV this will actually stay as a very dim overlay on all windows. (For reference, this is the outline you see when messages such as "Hot Key Remote Active" pop up. But there is no text within the highlight, it's blank.)

What changed and how do I fix?

1) Open the Remote Buddy Preferences via the pulldown-menu and choose "Mapping".
2) Choose the mapping you want to modify.
3) Select "Custom actions" for the button you want to map to an action of your own.
4) Create the action you need using the appearing editor.

No. Remote Buddy is exclusively and only available for Mac OS® X.

Hardware - Apple® Remote

After uninstalling/quitting Remote Buddy, my Mac® no longer reacts to the Apple® Remote. (FAQ015E0241)
To enable you to use all capabilities of the IR Receiver of your Mac®, Remote Buddy is using its own driver. In contrast, all other applications with integrated Apple® Remote support usually use the OS X Apple® Remote subsystem.

As long as you're running Remote Buddy, Remote Buddy and its driver are responsible for turning the received button presses into actions. As soon as you quit Remote Buddy, this task is again handled by the OS X Apple® Remote subsystem.

If other applications don't use the interface to the OS X Apple® Remote subsystem correctly, this can lead to the effect that nothing happens when you press a button on your Apple® Remote. For as long as you're running Remote Buddy, issues like this are covered by Remote Buddy and it's driver and are therefore not visible to you. However, as soon as you quit Remote Buddy, the OS X Apple® Remote subsystem is back in control and any issues caused in it by other applications become visible.

Therefore Remote Buddy is neither the cause of the issue nor is it responsible for it. Instead, the cause of the issue exists independently of Remote Buddy. It's located elsewhere and can also only be solved there.

After updating to OS X 10.6.2, my Apple® Remote is no longer available for selection in Remote Buddy. (FAQ015E0236)
Please update your copy of Remote Buddy to version 1.15 or later.

Please consider making use of the free Remote Buddy trial version to test your device for compatibility directly on your computer.

Hardware - Harmony® Smart Control

If I haven't used the Harmony Smart Remote for a few minutes, Remote Buddy does not react to the first button press. (FAQ015E0263)
Please verify that no power saving options are enabled at "Remote Buddy > Preferences > Hardware > Bluetooth Receiver".
