Excuse my ignorance...but how do I get my SiK rex remote to work with my MacBook Pro? The rex doesn't "pair" - but is supposed to work within Remote Buddy. Thanks!

Hello Clint,

thanks for asking. This didn't go unnoticed here, either. You're
right in that the SiK Rex Remote does not support pairing by itself
(at least not via the same button combination as Apple's remote
control).

That is, like in so many cases, unless you use Remote Buddy to
achieve it ;-)

Please follow these steps to pair the SiK Remote with your computer:

1) Open Preferences
2) Select "Built-In Sensor"
3) Enable "Enable support for multiple remote controls"
4) Press a button on your remote.
5) A new entry pops up in the right table (ID / Mapped to logical
remote)
6) Select that entry and press "Pair with selected remote"

Done.

Best regards,
Felix
