Some suggestions for file management behaviour
View

This posting is older than 6 months and can contain outdated information.
Hi there, here is something i would like to see for file behaviour.

When I navigate to a file (from the Files menu option) and open it,
all is well. I would like Remote Buddy to remember the last file I
opened though, and put me back there when I invoke the menu again.
And I would like an option to delete the file also, or to move it
some place.

Thats it really. If this is currently possible, i am not sure how to
turn it on :-)

Thanks very much,
Mike.

Hello Mike,

thanks for your suggestions. Remote Buddy already remembers the last
directory you have chosen and make it accessible through a special
item under Files.

Remote Buddy will open the menu where you left it, if you put the file
browser in the Context Menu of the Behaviour and browse your
filesystem from there.

Regarding file operations: I'm all for it, I just don't see a way to
add it without making the most frequent operation (launching/opening
files) much more complex.

Best regards,
Felix
