Help! I purchased Remote Buddy specifically to control iView Media running on my Macbook.

iView Media is listed in the supported applications but doesn't show up in my mapping menu and when I check for updates, Remote Buddy says my installation is up-to-date.

All I want to do is advance slides!

Thanks in advance for any light you can shed on this. I need this to work for a presentation on Thursday.

Hello Paul,

are you using iView Media or iView Media Pro? Which version of the
product are you using?

Can you send me the file Info.plist located at iView Media.app/
Contents/Info.plist to info@iospirit.com?

Thanks in advance.

Best regards,
Felix
