I can't activate virtual keyboard
View

This posting is older than 6 months and can contain outdated information.
Hi, I'm a new user, of both the forum and remote buddy. I am having trouble seeing remote keyboard or mouse. They seem to appear in the RB menus, but I can't make them appear on the screen.

I'm sure I'm making some basic mistake in the way I am navigating the menu system, but I'm a bit confused.

I'm using a MacBook Pro with an apple remote. I'd love some help so I can make the most of this brilliant little application.

Thanks,

Jacqueline

Thanks for asking.

With default settings, as soon as you activate the Virtual Keyboard
Behaviour, the virtual keyboard also is displayed on the same screen
as the Remote Buddy menu.

If this is not the case after activating the VK behaviour, please
either re-activate the respective option at "Preferences > Behaviour >
Virtual keyboard" or - again assuming you didn't change the default
settings - press the menu button longer.

If you need general help with navigating and using the menu, please
see the Help shipping with Remote Buddy for detailed information.

Best regards,
Felix Schwarz
