I would not know what could cause this. When this happens, please:
- try to enter straight into the Remote Buddy OSD and let me know if
you can
- try to open the Remote Buddy preferences and let me know if you can
- open Activity Monitor.app and check whether Remote Buddy is
displayed there in black or in red. If it is displayed in red, please
select its entry, choose the "Analyze" function in Activity Monitor
and cut and paste the result here or in a support request referencing
the forum.
