Apple Remote work normally with Front Row

Is there a way to let the Apple Remote work normally with Front Row? Ideally, I'd like Remote Buddy to ignore one remote and let it work normally with Front Row and Eye TV and map another one to specified functions.

If I don't use Remote Buddy, my apple remote will toggle between Front Row and Eye TV when pressing the menu button. When in Front Row and down viewing a DVD movie and I press the menu button, it goes back to the DVD menu. If I press it again it goes back to the previous menu and so on until it is at the highest menu in Front Row. How do I get this to work with Remote Buddy?

Thanks for asking.

If you just want to "hand through" the Apple Remote events, please see
