Remote Buddy breaking the New Hulu App
View

This posting is older than 6 months and can contain outdated information.
Hulu just released a new desktop application that works with the Apple Remote on OS X. I had to quit Remote Buddy to get any response from the remote inside of the Hulu application.

Using the Virtual Remote Behavior seems to work, but I needed to reverse the Menu Press mapping (press/hold).

I tried making a custom behavior, but it won't stick.

Remote Buddy does not break Hulu. It just doesn't have a *specialized*
Behaviour for an app that isn't even 24 hours old, yet.

A specialized Behaviour for the Hulu Desktop app will be available via
the Remote Buddy Online Update in the course of the day.

Until then, you can use Hulu Desktop with Remote Buddy just like every
other application that responds to Apple Remote events by using Remote
Buddy's Virtual Remote (located at "Input Devices > Virtual Remote"
when using default settings).

Best regards,
Felix Schwarz
