Plex loose all commands after the update

I spend so many time to configure properly remote buddy to work with my harmony remote and plex following this guide:

today I update Remote Buddy to 1.19.2 and nothing works as before,
for example now If I want to navigate to the right with direction right button on my harmony remote buddy gives the command to eject the cd

How Could I go back to the correct behavior? I don't understand what's happened!
I have a backup of the preferences files from Remote buddy 1.19.1, Can I go back to that version that worked perfectly?

How can I backup and restore my Remote Buddy preferences? (FAQ015E0242)
Create a backup of your preferences:
1. Quit Remote Buddy (click on the Remote Buddy Symbol in the menu bar and select "Quit").
2. Enter killall cfprefsd into Terminal.app and hit return.
3. Create a new folder (henceforth called "backup folder").
4. Copy all files whose names start with "com.iospirit.remotebuddy" or "com.iospirit.RemoteBuddy" from [your home folder]/Library/Preferences/ to the backup folder.
5. You can now launch Remote Buddy again.
Restore your preferences from a backup:
1. Quit Remote Buddy (click on the Remote Buddy symbol in the menu bar and select "Quit").
2. Enter killall cfprefsd into Terminal.app and hit return.
3. Move all files starting with "com.iospirit.remotebuddy" or "com.iospirit.RemoteBuddy" from [your home folder]/Library/Preferences/ to your trash.
4. Copy all files from the backup folder you created (but not the folder itself) to [your home folder]/Library/Preferences/
5. You can now launch Remote Buddy again.

Hardware - Apple® Remote

After uninstalling/quitting Remote Buddy, my Mac® no longer reacts to the Apple® Remote. (FAQ015E0241)
To enable you to use all capabilities of the IR Receiver of your Mac®, Remote Buddy is using its own driver. In contrast, all other applications with integrated Apple® Remote support usually use the OS X Apple® Remote subsystem.

As long as you're running Remote Buddy, Remote Buddy and its driver are responsible for turning the received button presses into actions. As soon as you quit Remote Buddy, this task is again handled by the OS X Apple® Remote subsystem.

If other applications don't use the interface to the OS X Apple® Remote subsystem correctly, this can lead to the effect that nothing happens when you press a button on your Apple® Remote. For as long as you're running Remote Buddy, issues like this are covered by Remote Buddy and it's driver and are therefore not visible to you. However, as soon as you quit Remote Buddy, the OS X Apple® Remote subsystem is back in control and any issues caused in it by other applications become visible.

Therefore Remote Buddy is neither the cause of the issue nor is it responsible for it. Instead, the cause of the issue exists independently of Remote Buddy. It's located elsewhere and can also only be solved there.

Hardware - Harmony® Smart Control

If I haven't used the Harmony Smart Remote for a few minutes, Remote Buddy does not react to the first button press. (FAQ015E0263)
Please verify that no power saving options are enabled at "Remote Buddy > Preferences > Hardware > Bluetooth Receiver".

Remote Buddy added support for Plex 0.9.5 - which identifies as a completely new application and is also different in many other details. This goes as far as that the very commands that need to be sent to Plex 0.9.5+ and pre-0.9.5 versions differ, making the two versions mutually exclusive. It's only possible to control one of the two versions - and this decision has to be made right at startup. In your case, I guess this is what is happening:

1) You have both a 0.9.5+ a pre-0.9.5 version of Plex installed, while only using the pre-0.9.5 version.
2) At launch, Remote Buddy 1.19.2 - which has added support for 0.9.5+ - detects your 0.9.5+ copy and concludes that since it has to make that decision and since you have that newer version installed, that's what you want to control.
3) You launch the pre-0.9.5 version of Plex.
4) Since that pre-0.9.5 version of Plex has a different bundle identifier than 0.9.5+ versions, it doesn't get recognized.
5) The Default Behaviour is picked. It has the "Eject" action mapped to the "Right" button by default.

Solution:
If what you want to use is a pre-0.9.5 version of Plex, please remove any copies of Plex 0.9.5+. Then relaunch Remote Buddy, so it can detect your pre-0.9.5 version, select it for control, and control that.
