Control application crash dialogue boxes?
View

This posting is older than 6 months and can contain outdated information.
Hi,

I use RB primarily to launch and control Plex, and it's working great. However, the latest version of Plex Media Centre isn't quite as stable as I might like (at least on my own mac mini), and it's more common than it should be to turn on the media centre and find Plex has quit and the ignore/report/reopen dialogue is in the foreground.

I'm not massively up to speed with remote buddy other than for Plex, so sorry if I'm missing something really obvious, but is there a way that I can get rid of this dialogue box using my remote? It's a pain to have to dig out my keyboard when the remote otherwise works so well.

Thanks in advance for any help anyone's able to give!

Alastair

Thanks for asking.

You could use Remote Buddy's Virtual Mouse to dismiss that dialogue.
