Remote Buddy and MediaCentral 2.0.1
View

This posting is older than 6 months and can contain outdated information.
Hi,
I just wanted to post that Remote Buddy completely disables all remote control functionality of MediaCentral.
If you have Remote Buddy running, all of the remote control functionality of MediaCentral doesn't work. MediaCentral has it's own built in support for the Apple remote so I'm guessing that'w where the issue is however there is some missing functionality with the Apple Remote in so I was going to use Remote Buddy to compensate.
I am using preview 5 of Remote Buddy. Great product by the way. The keyboard and mouse control is the best feature in my opinion.

You're absolutely right here.

however there is some missing functionality with the Apple Remote

Support for MediaCentral is already being worked on.

Thanks :-)

Cheers,

I'd rather wait for the support, because I believe RB + MC is what FrontRow should have been to start with. Can't wait until the combination works!
