Please verify that you

1) are running the latest version of Remote Buddy

2) have Remote Buddy's driver (Candelair) installed (Remote Buddy will suggest this to you if you haven't, but you can also check/install in Remote Buddy's Setup Wizard).

3) that the option "Button presses create activity" under Prefs > General > Advanced… is ticked (it's by default).
