This posting is older than 6 months and can contain outdated information.
I've fixed the problem and could no longer reproduce it even after 100 sleep/wake cycles.

Here's a pre-release of Remote Buddy 1.19.2, containing the fix:

To try it, quit Remote Buddy, download the pre-release, replace your copy with the pre-release version, launch the new version, update Remote Buddy's driver (Candelair) when prompted and reboot.

It would be great if everyone here who is affected by the issue could give it a try and post about their experience. Thanks in advance.
