Still happening unfortunately. If anything it's worse.

I'm not waking the mini from sleep, it's always on.

 
No code changes were made in the driver for that use case.

If left for about an hour all buttons become unresponsive and take about 3-4 minutes to start working. Same issue as I described before only it's takinng longer to come back online.

 
I'm afraid that's a different issue. When the issue occurs next time, please use the "Analyze" function of Activity Monitor.app on Remote Buddy and post or mail me the result, so I can look into it. Could be an issue where AppleScript can't find an application on your Mac and blocks Remote Buddy's execution until after its search timed out. I'll need said log to confirm this - or say anything else definitive. Thanks in advance.
