Thank you for your response. I am wanting to use my existing Harmony Remote with Plex so the Sony remote will not help me.

I read somewhere on your site that you can set Remote Buddy up in a "driver only" mode. Would this mode allow multiple Apple remotes to pass though to the OS?

Is there any other hardware that you know of that would work with multiple apple remotes and is IR? Or does Remote Buddy only work with multiple remotes using the built in IR?
