Ahh, I see that. I suppose I should have looked to see which version I had first. O_o

Yes. For button presses originating from an Apple built-in IR 
receiver, all actions of the virtual remote will take the ID of the 
Apple Remote into account and generate Apple Remote events just like 
if RB wasn't running. It's totally transparent.

 
Cool, I'll try it out tonight. I don't think I'll need a key for the RB menu while Plex is running - I'm planning on setting up any other apps I might use in Plex's Applications menu and launching them from there - once they're in the foreground, RB should be able to control them as usual I think.

Which Harmony Remote are you using? 
Which remote control from the database have you picked?

 
I'm using the 880, and using the "Plex" device from the database (it's listed as a Media Center PC, manufacturer "Plex", model name "Plex Player" IIRC.
