It should work without problems if the Hub is the same. After all, the remote send a button press to the Hub, the Hub translates it for the current Harmony Activity (like "Watch TV") - and then the Hub sends the result of its translation to Remote Buddy via Bluetooth. The model of the remote therefore shouldn't really matter. In fact, if you use the Harmony iPhone app instead of a Smart Control, Remote Buddy won't notice - it receives the same data over Bluetooth in both cases.

I haven't had a chance to test it with the Harmony Ultimate, though, so I can't give you a guarantee of any kind. There's a very high likelyhood that the Ultimate will work with Remote Buddy as well, but if you purchase one, please make sure you can return it in case the included Hub hardware unexpectedly differs in an incompatible way.
