Hopefully you can pester Apple for a fix! Their support forums appear to be down as well, no luck posting this issue there.

The only way I know of getting Apple's guaranteed attention on a bug is by filing a bugreport at http://bugreporter.apple.com/ . That doesn't guarantee a fix, but at least an Apple engineer will have seen - and considered - it. That's part of what I plan to do, too.
