Great news. I was previously waiting for 10.7.2, but now am waiting
for 10.7.3 before upgrading.
Personally I have a much older (late 2007) MacMini 1,1 which of course
has not been singled out like these 2008-2009 models. Either way but
many such models fall outside as the broader category for not having
the newest bluetooth 4.0 chipsets.
Let's hope Apple know how to resolve it.
Otherwise the most useful thing talked about in the Apple forums is to
try completely switiching off Airport + your local LAN Router. Because
certain 802.11 Wifi can interfere with the same Bluetooth frequency
(including specific wifi modes and options in the router settings). So
completely switch off the both router aswell if testing for this.

Thanks for your efforts!
I've by now filed a bugreport with Apple with all packet logs that I received:

Let's hope Apple addresses the issue with OS X 10.7.3.
